b) Type and Method of Service Provision, Health Contraindications for Services, Prohibited Actions During the Provision of Services

(1)    The operator provides services related to a healthy lifestyle, specifically "fitness" services, primarily gym services, fitness, cardio zones, body-weight exercise zones, and additional services such as the sale of nutritional supplements and providing beverages for exercisers.

(2)    Method of service provision /  operating procedure: 

(3)    Prohibited actions during the provision of the service: smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, sleeping, sexual intercourse

(4)    The aforementioned prohibited actions are not performed during the provision of the service.

 

c)     operating conditions and principles of safety and health protection for customers and principles of safety and health protection for employees

(1)    The storage of civilian and work clothing, as well as cleaning supplies, is mutually separated.

(2)    In the operational room and in the personal hygiene facilities (restroom), a sink with a supply of cold drinking water and hot water is available.

(3)    Ventilation of the workspace is ensured directly (through openable windows) or forcibly (via air conditioning, air purifiers).

(4)    The lighting in the workspace is provided directly (natural light) or indirectly (artificial lighting). In the absence of natural light, compensatory measures are provided (Appendix No. 4 of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic Regulation No. 541/2007 Coll., on the details of requirements for lighting at work). The method of overall artificial lighting (bulb, fluorescent) and artificial local lighting (workspace) is specified.

(5)    Clients are authorized to use exercise equipment solely in the designated manner. While present at the facility, clients must behave in a way that does not cause damage to the facility's premises, exercise equipment, or endanger or harm their own health.

(6)    Clients perform all exercises and use all exercise equipment solely at their own risk. The operator bears no responsibility for injuries and accidents caused by the member's own negligence, overestimation of their health condition, or failure to respect the operating rules.

(7)    Smoking is prohibited in the facility, and there is visibly placed safety and health signage regarding the smoking ban in accordance with Act No. 377/2004 Coll. on the protection of non-smokers and on the amendment and supplement of certain acts as amended.


d)     procedure for mechanical cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of working tools and devices

(1)   In the facility, it is possible to use reusable supplies, such as exercise mats and other tools that allow for easy cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization. The operator will ensure that reusable working supplies are regularly thoroughly mechanically cleaned, washed with hot water plus detergent, or laundered. Tools contaminated with biological material are disinfected prior to cleaning with a broad-spectrum disinfectant.

(2)   Surfaces, working tools, and supplies that have been contaminated with biological materials are disinfected before cleaning with a designated agent with broad-spectrum antimicrobial action.


e)     procedure for mechanical cleaning and disinfection of surface areas of rooms and their equipment

(1)    The operator of the facility is obliged to comply with hygiene and epidemic control regulations and measures within the facility.

(2)    The operator is required to maintain the facility in cleanliness and order. There is sufficient ventilation in the premises provided through openable windows, as well as lighting, heating, and access to hot and cold water.

(3)    The operator shall ensure that a first-aid kit containing basic medical supplies according to the applicable legal provisions is placed in a suitable and accessible location within the facility. In the case of contamination of hands with biological material, hand washing and disinfection will be conducted.

(4)    The operator ensures that there is a sufficient supply of disposable sanitary wipes available in the facility's premises.

 

f)     method and frequency of cleaning the facility

(1)   Cleaning of the facility is carried out daily before the start or after the end of operation and continuously during the shift.

(2)   Separate storage of cleaning supplies must be ensured.

(3)   Basic repairs of all coatings in the facility and painting are carried out at least once every five years, or immediately in case of visible contamination or damage.

 

 

g)     method of waste management, its disposal, frequency of emptying waste containers, their cleaning and disinfection

(1)   Waste is collected in sealable containers lined with plastic bags.

(2)   The appropriate collection containers are emptied, cleaned, and disinfected daily.

(3)   Used sharp waste and biologically contaminated waste are collected in sturdy, sealable, and impermeable containers. 

(4)   Waste is disposed of through an authorized professional company based on the relevant contract. 

 

h)       device operating instructions

(1)    When using the relevant device technology/equipment, the manufacturer's instructions must be fully respected. Devices/machines/equipment are imported from the USA, China, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.


i)     general provisions

(1)   The operational regulations of the equipment must be made available in a suitable and visible location.

(2)   The operator of the equipment is responsible for compliance with the operational regulations.
